  • Vstřícný a milý personál od recepčních po uklízečky.

  • Nevím jak ve které sprše, ale na pokoji 4 by měla údržba přišroubovat držák na sprchu, a vyměnit těsnící lištu u sprchové vaničky, drží se vám za ní plíseň. To je to černé za těsnící gumou. Z vlastní zkušenosti vím, že to vymýt nejde, musí se vyměnit. Také neustále splachuje záchod, jakmile se naplní nádržka upustí vodu a znovu napouští.

  • A reggelinél a személyzet udvariatlanul viselkedett. Mind a két napon kelletlenül szolgáltak ki, pedig mivel önkiszolgáló a rendszer, csak a kávé volt az egyetlen amit kérésre neki kellett, vagy kellett volna elkészíteni.

  • Používáme vaších služeb již poněkolikáte, poněvadž moje žena jezdí na pravidelné onkologické kontroly. Přístup do fak. nemocnice je z hotelu velmi jednoduchý. Musíme hotel ráno opustit v 6h 15min, s ohledem na termín v nemocnici. V minulosti jsme dostávali vždy balíček se snídaní s ohledem na tuto brzkou ranní dobu, kromě toho musí žena absolvovat další kontroly na lačno. Při poslední návštěvě vznikly určité komplikace se snídaní v balíčku, ale paní recepční vše zajistila k naší spokojenosti, za což vám a jí velice děkujeme. Byli bychom rádi. kdyby tomu tak mohlo být i při naších dalších návštěvách. Děkujeme vám a vaše služby budeme všem doporučovat- S pozdravem Jaroslav Šturza
